Here's something the cleaning industry doesn't talk about enough: a lot of "green" products aren't actually safe for kids or pets. The word "natural" is unregulated — anyone can slap it on a label. We've done the research so you don't have to.

The DIY All-Purpose Cleaner That Works

Fill a spray bottle with 1 cup water, 1 cup white vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of castile soap. That's it. It cleans counters, stovetops, bathroom surfaces, and most hard surfaces. It won't work on natural stone floors or countertops (vinegar is too acidic), but for everything else, it's genuinely all you need.
